Sometimes, you see a picture or scene which transports you.  That was the case when I saw this paper, it reminded me of my favourite cafe in Crete, where they have a beloved parrot (they also sell waffles the size of a dinner plate, covered in icecream, but I digress!). I was instantly transported back to sunshiney holidays, warm weather, good food. 
 
Painted a pale blue all over the body of the box.
 
Box measures  9" x 7" x 4"  (25 x 20 x 10 cm).
Box is painted and waxed.  Lid is decoupage with a layers of resin.
